About these terms
These terms cover your use of leadingbeacon.com (the site). By using it, you agree to them. Leading Beacon’s services for dealerships are provided under a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement governs.
What the site shows
The story on the home page is an illustration. Tarpon Bay Marine, its people and its boats are examples, the boats are our own 3D models, and the conversations, figures and documents in it show how the product works: none of them is a real transaction. Screenshots of the product are illustrations too.
Prices
Prices on the site are what we offer at the time of writing, per location and per month, in US dollars, before any taxes. What you pay, and how any charges by use are billed, is set out in a written agreement before you start.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break it or overload it, no copying it at scale, and nothing unlawful. What you send us through the form should be accurate and yours to share.
Our content
The site’s words, design, 3D models, film, recordings and code belong to Leading Beacon or are used with permission; the credits at the foot of each page say where. You may not copy them except as the law allows.
Links
Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be free of errors or always available.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Leading Beacon isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
